Hi i'm Joanne I have worked with dogs for 15 years and have been a groomer for over 5 years, I am qualified up to a level 3, (OCN, NVQ and ICMG), i also hold a pet first aid qualification and renew this every 2 years which gives my customers the knowledge their dogs are in good hands. i also hold a dog Reiki qualification and use this sometimes in my salon to help relax the dogs during their salon experience.
